My Role

As the Founder of the firm, I’ve built my career around combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to delivering a thoughtful, high-quality client experience. I work closely with both our team and our clients, acting as a mentor and guide as we navigate complex financial decisions together. My focus is on helping clients make informed choices that improve their lives over time, while also strengthening our team and building the skills needed to sustain Avier’s success.

My Story

I’ve built a life on the shores of Lake Sammamish with my wife, Katherine, and our son Graham, and I make it a priority to spend as much time as possible with our older son, Cameron, now that he’s out on his own. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, quiet days on the lake, and traveling to new places. I especially enjoy exploring new areas in pursuit of fishing and the adventure that comes with it. I value the chance to slow down, be present, and enjoy the outdoors, and I bring that same perspective into the work I do every day.
