My Role

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and lead advisor, I help clients shape their financial futures and build lasting wealth, often across generations. I take a holistic approach—integrating investment management with tax and estate planning—to design and implement customized strategies aligned with each client’s goals.

My Story

I took a circuitous path to my current role. After college, I spent over a decade in Russia and Germany as a writer and editor for European business publications, eventually launching digital media initiatives and leading two publications. I returned to Portland and, driven by a growing interest in investing and financial planning, joined AXA Advisors in 2009. After earning my CFP® in 2012 and serving as a Vice President, I left the broker-dealer model and joined Avier in 2019. I’ve served as Board President of Birch Community Services since 2017. I live in Stafford, Oregon, with my wife and two sons, and enjoy skiing on Mt. Hood.
