My Role

As Chief of Staff, my job is to create structure out of complexity. I help keep the team moving forward by organizing information, streamlining processes, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I thrive on solving challenges, whether that means making workflows more efficient or finding ways to help my colleagues focus on what they do best.

My Story

Originally from Montana, I moved to Seattle in 2013 in search of new challenges and opportunities to grow. Over the years, I’ve built my life around a simple principle: being a valuable part of a team. I enjoy learning, taking on complex projects, and figuring out solutions to problems that don’t have easy answers.

Outside of work, I chase high scores and personal bests. I live in West Seattle with my wonderful wife and children, and I’m always looking for my next challenge, both professionally and personally.
