My Role

As Managing Director, I guide our firm’s strategy with a focus on delivering meaningful, personalized service to the individuals and families we serve. I lead initiatives that support our growth and deepen our impact in the community, while prioritizing the development of our team—fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and long-term success.

My Story

I live in North Bend, WA with my husband, Tylor, and our two daughters, Taylor and Stevie. As a family, we love Seattle sports, all genres of music, good food, and time on the water. In the summer, you’ll find us soaking up the sun and wake-surfing to our hearts’ content.

When I’m not with my family, I’m usually tucked away with a good book and a generous cup of coffee.
